Bonding Through Arts
Nan Chiau High School SFE in collaboration with Mastereign Enrichment Group
will be organizing a Parent and Child Bonding Programme...
for our parents and students...
on :14th April'12 (Sat)
from :9am - 1pm (Registration starts at 8.45 am)

The visual arts workshop segment of the programme
is part of Parkway Cancer Centre’s ‘I’m Cancer Warrior” Campaign
which will be a year long event promoting Cancer prevention.
Artworks completed during the workshop will be exhibited in public exhibitions in 2012 and auctioned off to raise funds for 'cancer prevention organizations'
at the end of the year.

The 65th School Anniversary cum annual Shines in Harmony entrepreneurial fun-fair will be held on.....
10 Mar'12 (Sat)
9.30am-1.30pm
In order to strengthen the sense of belonging of all NCzens,
sec 1 - 3 students will be setting up stalls to raise funds which will go towards the upgrading of school facilities.
We hope that the Parents Support Group can also be part of this exciting and meaningful event.
Therefore....we would like to seek your help in selling the Shines in Harmony coupons.
Coupons will be sold in sheets of 10 (at $10 per sheet)
each coupon having a $1/- face value.
The coupons can also be bought and donated to ....
- children from the Pertapis Home (who are attending the event)
- or needy students in the school
We hope that you would be able to let us have the following information....
- Number of coupons required for personal use.
- Number of coupons to be donated to children from the Pertapis Home.
- Number of coupons to be donated to needy children from Nan Chiau High School.
Payment for the coupons can be made via....
- cheque made payable to......."NAN CHIAU HIGH SCHOOL"
- or by cash (inserted in an envelope .....Attn : Mdm Ivy Wong)

1) your child's name and class at the back of the cheque or the cash envelope
2) the intention of use for the coupon

The Health Promotion Board is holding a seminar for parents, entitled
“ConnectIN : Sexuality In The Digital Age”
on 3rd Mar'12
at Holiday Inn Atrium
targeted at parents with children aged 7 - 18 yrs old
conducted in both English (8.30am – 12.45pm) and
................... Mandarin (1.30pm – 5.45pm)
It aims....
- to raise parents’ awareness about the need to talk to their children about sexuality issues
- to equip parents with knowledge and tips to enable them to talk about this topic comfortably with their children.

sons to wear white t-shirt or NCHS PE attire.
All mothers and other family members are strongly encourage to come and give their support for the event. We are inviting some teachers from NCHS to join us for the game as well.
For fathers with son(s), you are encourage to join in the event with your boy(s) regardless whether he is studying at NCHS or not.
For fathers with no son or son is unable to join, you are also welcome to join us for fun, play and networking with other participants.
